This morning at just after 0700 hours, we were dispatched to assist the Conshohocken Fire Department for a building fire at one the banks on Fayette Street.

Engine 24 responded with 6 firefighters and upon arrival was assigned to assist the fire attack crew inside the building.

The fire was found to have been controlled by the automatic sprinkler system installed in the building. Crews finished extinguishing the fire and did some overhaul to ensure there was no further fire extension in the building.

Gladwyne crews continued to assist at the scene until all units were released by Command.

Additional Gladwyne Firefighters staffed our station while our Engine was in Conshohocken.
