Early this morning stations 22 and 24 were dispatched to a vehicle accident with injuries reported rollover. Engine 24 arrived in the area of mile 335WB to one vehicle over the edge of the highway with a driver trapped. Engine 24 & 24-1s crew preformed basic stabilization, prepared a tie back, patient care, and began extrication on a steep slope. On arrival of the first rescue, Penn Wynne rescue 21, the tie back was completed using a winch. Crew extricated the driver and handed over the patient to Narberth Ambulance. Crews did an excellent job in unusual scenario.
